| • | The scratch card will be shipped along with the product. It will have all relevant information on the claim procedure. |
| • | Free stay for a couple at the specified destination (excluding the cost of food & beverages) only. |
| • | The winner can utilize the holiday package only at the location mentioned in the Card. For any other Indian/International destination, an Exchange Fee (Rs 500/- for 2 nights) will be charged. Additionally, Service Charge of Rs 500/- per night will be levied for stay at any of the International Hotels. |
| • | Children below 5 years of age are allowed free stay with the couple. No charges will be levied. Children above 5 years of age will be charged Rs. 250/- per night per child. |
| • | Winner is required to submit 15 days advance notice, indicating the destinations won along with optional dates. All reservations of rooms are subject to availability. |
| • | No free stay can be exchanged for cash. |
| • | Pick-up and drop facility can be organized at various locations at additional cost. |
| • | All warranty / manufacturing defects, if any, are the responsibility of the manufacturing company only. |
| • | The scratch Card will be valid only for 1 year and prizes should be claimed within the valid period. |
